Shipping Policy

- The estimated delivery time from the moment of dispatch is typically 4-7 working days. However, in certain circumstances such as diversions or other unforeseen factors, the delivery time may be extended.

- Deliveries are made throughout the week, except on national holidays, using third-party service providers appointed by Doaba Publications.

- While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, if you do not receive your package within the specified time, please contact our customer service with the order reference number.

- Once you sign for the delivered product, our responsibility ends, and ownership of the product transfers to you. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or breakage after delivery.

- If you are not available during the delivery, we will assume that any adult at the provided address is authorized to accept the order on your behalf. If delivery is not possible or no one is present, we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery time.

- Please note that our delivery personnel will only deliver products to your front door.
